-Manage Projects with our CRM system, Order materials for the projects, Inspect the projects, assign subcontractors to the projects, and make sure the projects stay on budget and are finished on time. Oversee the project from start to finish. Make sure our customers/clients are happy throughout the construction process.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage Construction and Roof Projects in the field and at the office.
  • Creating a Construction Schedule/Gantt Chart.
  • Creating a Materials List for the project.
  • Assigning Projects to the various Subcontractors.
  • Tracking activities for the project from Start to Finish.
  • Working with Vendors and ordering materials.

Qualifications:

  • 3 - 5 years experience in construction ( Preferred).
  • Spanish speaking is a plus.
