271+ day contract - REMOTE

Top 3 Required Skills/Experience –

• Experience with the support of file transfer systems. Protocols including SSH, FTP, SFTP, FTPS, Email, SMTP, SMB, GPG, HTTP(s), and cron

• 3 years of experience with Linux or unix

• Help desk and other relevant experiences highlighting customer interactions, communications skills, and interactions with managed services providers

 

Required Skills/Experience – The rest of the required skills/experience. Include:  

• Written and verbal communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with system users and other technical colleagues.

• Experience managing operational systems, including the ability to analyze system logs to assess operational issues

• Experience specifying and managing implementation requirements for managed services providers; Edifecs preferred.

 

Preferred Skills/Experience – Optional but preferred skills/experience. Include: 

• Written and verbal communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with system users and other technical colleagues.
