Reports to: Chief Financial officer
Salary Grade: TBD
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Accounting and Financial Reporting: Prepare and review accounting and financial reports in both Korean and English to ensure accuracy and precision.
Support for Global Financial Activities: Provide assistance and advice for global financial transactions and activities.
Accounting System Management: Maintain and oversee accounting systems to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
Financial Analysis and Budgeting: Aid in global financial analysis and budgeting processes, contributing to management decision-making.
Compliance with Accounting Policies: Adhere to Hanwha Aerospace USA's accounting policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with international accounting standards.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments and teams to provide efficient support for accounting and financial activities. Participate in necessary training sessions.
Execute duties as assigned by supervisor.
Physical Demands:
Some lifting, moving instrumentation, performing tests in various areas of the facility required
Must be able to lift, push, or pull at least 20 lbs.
Regularly required to sit, stand, reach, bend, and move about our facility
Work Environment:
Work typically performed in a combination of office and plant settings.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Proficiency in Korean and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting and finance
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems
Effective communication and collaboration skills within and outside the team
