Job Summary:
RAJO Home Care LLC is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to provide 1-on-1, client-centered care and services to an adult client in the Lewiston area. This role involves working variable shifts, including days and evenings, with flexibility to work Per Diem, Part Time, or Full Time based on your preference.

Responsibilities:
- Provide in-home assistance as part of the client’s authorized and individual care plan.
- Assist with personal hygiene tasks, including bathing, grooming, oral care, dressing, and undressing.
- Support meal preparation and feeding.
- Assist with transfer and mobility needs.
- Ensure safe restroom use and maintain continence.
- Assist with daily living activities such as meal preparation, communication via telephone, email, or internet.
- Perform general housework tasks including laundry, dishes, grocery shopping, and maintaining a hygienic living environment.

Requirements:
- Current PSS certificate or CNA certification is highly preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Successful passing of background checks.
