Billing Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records of client accounts and outstanding balances.
- Generate and send invoices and account updates to clients electronically and in hard copy.
- Update the company's system with invoicing information and other financial data.
- Address billing questions and concerns from clients in a timely and professional manner.
- Prepare reports and review billing activity for accuracy.
- Uphold client confidentiality policies and ensure data security.
- Assist with the review and setup of new customer profiles.
- Undertake additional projects as assigned by the Treasury team.
Qualifications:
- Associate/Bachelor's Degree in Accounting preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in billing and accounting.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of Sage Intacct is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Commitment to maintaining high ethical standards and confidentiality.
Hours: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
