Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's Degree in or
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, schematics, and computer-generated reports.
- Extensive BIM Design Experience
- Computer literacy in all Microsoft office applications (i.e. Microsoft word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) highly preferred.
- Experience in the Preferably having 2+ years experience, and knowledge in: Design, installation and integration of large HVAC Mechanical systems, and large scale Hi-rise residential projects.
Responsibilities:
Interfacing with other disciplines within the MEP team for coordination of project designs. Performing Heat Load calculations; Energy calculations, Outside Air Calculations, drawings, and specifications related to heating, ventilating, and air-conditioning systems, equipment selection & sizing, pipe and duct sizing, friction loss calculations, etc. Conducting site inspections to determine compliance with construction documents and resolving design issues during the construction phase. Requirements B.S. in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management.
