RemX is seeking a Manufacturing Recruiter for a warehouse in the Elyria, OH area.

This position is Hybrid, must live in close proximity to the site (30-40 min) as you will need to be onsite 2-3 days a week, distribute flyers, doing community outreach and meeting with managers at the facility. 

  • Pay: $25-26/hr, depending on experience
  • Length of assignment 3-4 month (Contract)

This position will focus on the hourly machine operator/manufacturing market in Elyria, OH.

Assist in building a talent pipeline and bringing more awareness to open vacancies, assist with the screenings, attend job fairs, going to schools (high school, college and vocational), connecting with the local hiring boards/agencies as well as seeking vital feedback from applicants and new hires, etc.
