Property Maintenance Technician

Maintenance Technician Overview:
Protecting Minnesota's residents through proper care of properties and resources. Owners depend on the Speare guard team to provide excellent services to their residents and properties. As a Maintenance Tech it is essential that communication is responsive and care is taken for every property. Quality is in the details and we make it our duty to provide quality.
Duties:
Complete service requests in a timely manner, using our online work order software
Troubleshooting general plumbing, HVAC, electrical, & appliance issues
Provide first class customer service to residents and property management staff
Organize and maintaining shop inventory
Assist in basic carpentry & general labor repairs
Qualifications:
Experience in construction or other building trades
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Familiarity with power tools and other construction tools
Must be reliable, punctual, and have a strong work ethic
Some customer service experience
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
Technical Experience (preferred)
Driver’s License (required)
Work Location:
In-person
