Price Erecting is looking for a Full-Time Project Manager/Estimator to join our team.  This roll will perform a variety of tasks in relation to estimating, bidding, and managing construction projects from beginning to end.

Major Responsibilities

·         Drive sales through the growth of existing clients and generate new business opportunities

·         Prepare estimates of likely costs of materials, labor and equipment, and subcontractors for projects based on scope of work

·         Once project is awarded, determine the necessary equipment, materials, and manpower needed and pass information along to the Superintendent

·         Negotiate with external vendors on pricing and approve all purchases made for each project

·         Work with accounting department to ensure project costs are on schedule and below budget

·         Communicate with the customers to ensure each job exceeds company standards in safe and complete manner

·         Maintain relationships with customers and venders

Required Education and Experience

·         High School Graduate with some college preferred

·         Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position

·         Proficient in the use of a PC, Microsoft Office and some CAD experience
