Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented QC Technician (Quality Control Technician) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of quality control processes and a keen eye for identifying defects or deviations in our products. The QC Technician will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving our product quality, ensuring that our customers receive only the best.


Responsibilities:


1. Perform regular inspections and tests on incoming raw materials, in-process production, and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards.

2. Utilize various measuring and testing equipment to conduct thorough quality control checks, including but not limited to calipers, micrometers, and gauges.

3. Document and report any deviations or defects found during inspections, providing detailed feedback to production teams for corrective actions.

4. Conduct visual inspections to identify cosmetic defects or imperfections in the final products, ensuring they meet the highest aesthetic standards.

5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues, participating in root cause analysis and suggesting process improvements.

6. Assist in the development and implementation of quality control procedures and protocols, working closely with the Quality Control Manager.

7. Maintain accurate records and documentation related to quality control activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

8. Aid in the calibration and maintenance of testing equipment, ensuring their accuracy and reliability.

9. Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on industry standards, new testing methods, and emerging quality control techniques.

10. Uphold a safe and clean working environment, adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines.


Requirements:


1. High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications in quality control are a plus.

2. Proven experience as a QC Technician or similar role in a manufacturing or production environment. and MUST have experience operating CMM.

3. Strong understanding of quality control principles, procedures, and best practices.

4. Proficient in using measuring and testing equipment, such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.

5. Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and address quality issues.

6. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively report findings and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

7. Familiarity with quality control software and documentation systems is a plus.

8. Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

9. Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

10. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and production demands.
