Job Title: Warehouse Lead
Job Status: Non-exempt Hourly
Location: San Antonio, TX 78216
Hours: 8 am to 5 pm, Monday-Friday
Pay Rate: $19-21/hr - Commensurate with experience

Benefits: 401K match; immediate accrual towards 3 weeks annual PTO; 11 paid holidays; performance raises, bonuses, inventory perks.

Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and committed Warehouse Lead to join our small, climate-controlled eCommerce fulfillment center. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional attention to detail to maintain inventory integrity, ensure accurate shipments, and uphold meticulous recordkeeping. Consistency in following and implementing Lean warehouse procedures is essential to streamline operations and maintain efficiency, while a drive for proactive and positive change will enhance your personal growth and contribute to CFE’s culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain inventory integrity by accurately receiving, picking, packing, and shipping products

  • Follow standardized warehouse procedures consistently to ensure smooth operations

  • Employ effective organizational skills to manage the physical arrangement of goods, as well as in planning and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and manage workloads

  • Exhibit effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage the Team, interact with customers, and vendors professionally.

Must Have Skills Requirements:

  • 1+ year of Warehouse Lead experience

  • Recent Lean training/education/exposure

  • Familiarity with spreadsheets and the ability to calculate basic math (i.e. discounts, quantities, rates, etc.)

  • Basic understanding of Windows OS and computer proficiency; ability to learn new software and adapt to developing technology

  • Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds regularly and to stand an entire shift

  • High School diploma or GED

  • Lean Certification

  • Familiarity with eCommerce platforms, particularly Amazon
