The Triage Nurse is responsible for assessing patients’ health conditions and determining the urgency of their needs. They work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide timely and effective patient care.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct initial patient assessments to evaluate the urgency of care needed.

 

  • Collect and record patient information, including medical history and current symptoms.
