Our medical practice is currently looking for an excellent Ancillary Care Specialist - Float to join our in-office team in Orlando. The Ancillary Care Specialist (ACS) Float is an hourly role, reporting to the Ancillary Care Manager, with advice from other supporting managers as needed. This position is expected to report to the company office daily unless otherwise directed. As a departmental float you will fill in/cover needs across the Patient Services department including but not limited to: Triage, Care Coordinator, Home Team and Facility patient advocate specialist, Remote Patient Monitoring, and Ancillary Care Specialist. The role of an Ancillary Care Specialist (ACS) Float is crucial in ensuring patients receive comprehensive and up-to-date care.

Skills:

  • Must be certified (CMA, CNA or similar).
  • Past medical experience and knowledge of medical terminology is a plus.
  • Additionally, proficiency in computer systems and electronic record-keeping is essential.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are paramount for effective interaction with patients and colleagues.
