Location: Franklin Park, IL

Job Type: Temp-to-Hire

Pay Rate: $18 to $20 per hour, based on experience

Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Screen-Printing Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the preparation and operation of screen printing equipment to produce high-quality prints on metal and plastic substrates. This role requires proficiency in screen preparation, printing techniques, and equipment maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare screens, inks, and substrates for the printing process.

  • Operate screen printing equipment to print on various metal and plastic parts.

  • Ensure high-quality output by maintaining precise printing techniques.

  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of screen printing equipment.

  • Inspect printed products for quality and consistency.

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.

  • Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Screen-Printing Technician.

  • Proficiency in screen preparation, printing techniques, and equipment maintenance.

  • Ability to work with various inks and substrates.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Good organizational and time-management skills.

  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work demands.
