Responsibilities:

  • Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks before, during, and after events, ensuring the venue remains clean and presentable.
  • Work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays to accommodate event schedules.
  • Collaborate with other team members to efficiently clean and set up event spaces, restrooms, and common areas.
  • Perform light facilities maintenance tasks, such as changing light bulbs, fixing minor equipment issues, and reporting larger maintenance needs to the venue manager.
  • Handle cleaning chemicals safely and effectively, following proper guidelines and protocols.
  • Adapt to long hours of standing and physical activity while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Demonstrate a proactive attitude by taking initiative to address cleaning needs and promptly reporting any issues to the venue manager.
  • Communicate effectively with the venue manager regarding cleaning and maintenance needs, ensuring a seamless event experience for guests.
  • Work in a large-scale venue accommodating events with over 2000 attendees.

Estamos buscando Limpiadores de Espacios para Eventos dedicados y motivados para unirse a nuestro equipo en un espacio de eventos de gran escala en Brooklyn. El candidato ideal deberá tener la capacidad de trabajar en un entorno dinámico, colaborar eficazmente con un equipo y mantener la limpieza y presentación del lugar durante y después de los eventos.

Responsabilidades:

  • Realizar tareas de limpieza y mantenimiento antes, durante y después de los eventos, garantizando que el lugar se mantenga limpio y presentable.
  • Trabajar en turnos nocturnos, fines de semana y días festivos para adaptarse a los horarios de los eventos.
  • Colaborar con otros miembros del equipo para limpiar y preparar eficientemente los espacios de eventos, baños y áreas comunes.
  • Realizar tareas de mantenimiento ligero de las instalaciones, como cambiar bombillas, solucionar problemas menores de equipos e informar a la gerencia sobre necesidades de mantenimiento más importantes.

Requirements

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.
  • Ability to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Physically capable of standing for extended periods and performing cleaning tasks that involve lifting, bending, and reaching.
  • Comfortable working with cleaning chemicals and following safety protocols.
  • Strong teamwork skills and the ability to work effectively with others.
  • Positive and proactive attitude with a strong work ethic.
  • Strong communication skills to convey venue needs to the venue manager.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish (preferred, but not required).
  • Reliable transportation to commute to the Brooklyn venue.
