We are seeking Registered Nurses to work weekend shifts, (preferably nights) 1:1 with our clients. The ideal candidate for this position must align with Solutions Core Values, possess excellent communication and leadership skills and be capable of working independently. The successful candidate will take on a variety of responsibilities, including performing basic nursing tasks, daily assessments, administering medications, continued patient education and detailed documentation. This is a home environment, so it is important that you are willing to perform light housekeeping duties and meal prep. Home health nurses play a crucial role in providing care to patients in their own homes. They are compassionate, respectful and provide personalized care tailored to each patient's needs, promoting independence, emotional and overall wellbeing.
We currently have weekend shifts available.

DETAILS
- Excellent wage: $50-60/hour DOE

EXPERIENCE
  • Nursing: 1-5 years (Required)
  • 1 year experience in Home Health or an acute care setting
LICENSE
  • RN license (Required)
  • CPR Certificate (Required)
  • Valid driver's license and vehicle insurance
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Monitor patient's health and administer care as prescribed by physician.
  • Administer medications.
  • Daily Vital Signs and documentation.
  • Complete daily physical exam.
  • Detailed patient education.
  • Routinely monitor risk for falls.
