JOB SUMMARY
Solutions In Home Care is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join our team. CNA's contribute significantly to improving patients quality of life by allowing them to receive care in the comfort of their own homes. There compassionate and dedicated service helps maintain patients independence and dignity by assisting them with personal care, health monitoring, medications, meal preparation, light housing keeping, transportation, ensuring patients safety and wellbeing. They must be reliable, and willing to be an advocate for their patients. Availability to work on weekends is required

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Assist with personal daily living activities, such as hygiene/grooming, dressing, mobility, eating, light housekeeping, laundry etc.
  • Prepare and monitor food intake
  • Blood pressure checks and medications
  • Maintain records of patient care, condition, progress, appointments or problems to report and discuss observations with supervisor
  • Build relationships with patients by talking, engaging in activities such as games, puzzles, card etc. or reading aloud to help keep them mentally healthy and alert
QUALIFICATION
  • Valid WA state Certified Nursing Assistant Certification
  • Instructor Lead First aid and CPR certified
  • WA State Food Handlers Card
  • Ability to adhere to all health and safety guidelines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Valid drivers license, reliable transportation and auto insurance (preferred)
