This is a full time position that offers a VERY competitive hourly wage, company vehicle, and health benefits. Our fast moving environment is centered on teamwork and corporate family. We are looking for a someone who is positive, organized, detail oriented, flexible, and a quick learner. 

Duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Daily coordination of service calls and scheduling.
  • Responsible for the operations, repairs, replacement, and preventative maintenance of commercial and industrial air conditioning and heating systems 
  • Repair, inspect, overhaul and perform scheduled maintenance of commercial chillers, boilers, air handlers, fan coil units, water, controls, and other building mechanical and electrical equipment.
    •  Check, repair and/or replace valves, motors, controls, switches, gauges, wiring, fans, pumps, compressors, condensers, cores, pipes and other functional components of the system.
  • Perform diagnostics / troubleshoot issues with the HVAC systems.
  • Respond to service calls, diagnose problem, and complete applicable repairs.
  • Install new HVAC systems including copper line sets.
  • Work with vendors to ensure correct materials are ordered. 
  • Completion of work orders & service reports for work completed.
  • Perform all work in accordance with established safety procedures and schedules.
  • Willingness to be a team player in a drug free environment.
  • Willingness to help other departments if necessary (electrical).
 Requirements of a HVAC Service Technician:

  • Must have proficient knowledge of various types of large commercial and industrial mechanical systems.
Must fully understand sequence of operations for large systems.

  • Universal EPA Certification
  • 5-10+ years commercial mechanical experience.
  • Ability to follow plans, diagrams, specifications, drawings, and blueprints.
  • Experience with control and building automation systems.
  • Provide efficient, diplomatic, professional customer service.
  • Must possess a clean DMV driving record.
Communicate quickly and effectively by written and verbal means.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
