Overview: We seek a dedicated and skilled Building Automation Assistant Project Manager to join our dynamic team in Omaha, Nebraska. This role involves managing and executing building automation projects with precision and enthusiasm. The ideal candidate should be a local professional with a stable work history and at least two years of relevant control industry experience. Responsibilities:

  • Project Coordination and Execution: Oversee and execute building automation projects, ensuring timely completion, budget adherence, and quality standards.
  • Technical Oversight: Supervise installations and maintenance of building automation systems, including HVAC, lighting, and security systems.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with clients, team members, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth project progression and resolve issues.
  • Documentation and Compliance: Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure compliance with industry standards and local regulations.
  • Continuous Improvement: Contribute to improving project management processes and integrating new technologies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum two years of experience in building automation or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Automation, Project Management, or a related discipline.
  • Relevant certifications in project management (e.g., PMP) or building automation systems.
  • Must be based in Omaha, Nebraska, with a stable work history.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams.
