Receptionist (Bilingual - Fluent in English and Spanish)

Basic Function:
Responsible for performing clerical and administrative support duties to optimize workflow procedures in the office. Assist colleagues and executives by supporting them with planning and distributing information. Designated point of reference for all queries, requests or issues and will be an integral part of the company’s workforce. The Receptionist also serves as a liaison between the company and external parties, such as customers and suppliers, and is an integral part of the company’s workforce.
Major Responsibilities:
- Meet and greet clients and visitors upon arrival, ensuring a welcoming environment.
- Maintain the office calendar to schedule and manage meetings effectively.
- Arrange courier services for efficient document and package delivery.
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls to appropriate departments.
- Monitoring company’s general information email account and respond to queries.
- Support the sales team by assisting with the processing and coordination of customer orders.
- File and maintain important company documents in an organized system.
- Manage inventory of office supplies and ensure essential items are fully stocked.
- Perform other duties as required to support office operations.
Job Qualifications:
- 1+ years of customer service experience
- Bilingual – Fluent in English and Spanish
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proven problem-solving skills.
- Effective interpersonal skills
Education:
- High School diploma, GED, or equivalent related business experience
