A-1 Affordable Construction, Inc. is a reputable and well-established chimney, roofing, gutter & masonry company based in Clifton, NJ and Langhorne, PA. A-1 Affordable operates with four core values: Accountability, Urgency, Professionalism, and Passion. We are seeking a motivated, competent and qualified candidate who will display and share these values with fellow employees and customers for our full-time Inside Sales Associate position at our Clifton, NJ location (in person). In this role, candidates must have a customer service first attitude and be interested in aggressively meeting sales objectives.

 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Establish and maintain effective rapport with customers, office employees and field personnel

Handle heavy phone and email communications with customers to generate appointments, prepare quotes, and coordinate jobs

Enter clear and concise communication of job details in database

Ability to establish and maintain effective rapport with customers, office employees and field personnel

Develop and maintain a working technical knowledge of all services and products

Perform other related office duties as assigned

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

High level of energy needed for a fast paced environment where multiple initiatives are occurring at once

Work closely with field personnel to obtain accurate job scope details

Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM platforms

Effective customer service, strong sales skill set, good time management, clear communication

Must be punctual and available to work Monday - Saturday 7:30 am - 5:00 pm

 

Starting salary $50-55k + commission, dependent upon experience

Full-time, on site in Clifton, NJ - Friendly, casual, modern work environment
