This role requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing.
- Ensure all rooms and common areas are cared for and inspected according to standards.
- Change linens and make beds, replenish amenities, and manage laundry tasks.
- Handle and dispose of waste materials following health and safety regulations.
- Identify and report damages or required maintenance tasks.
- Assist with inventory management, ensuring cleaning supplies and equipment are adequately stocked and maintained.
- Follow all health and safety regulations and use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any guest or resident queries or concerns promptly and courteously.
- Adhere to the company's confidentiality and privacy policies.

Qualifications
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and maintain a high level of performance.
- Knowledge of cleaning and sanitation products, techniques, and methods.
- Working knowledge of operating cleaning equipment and tools.
- Physical stamina and mobility, including the ability to reach, kneel, and bend.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required.
