LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) Medical Office

Join our outstanding team of professionals We are looking for an LPN to work closely with our Dr's, NP's & PA's in our primary Care medical office.

We provide: 4 or 5 day work week, life insurance, long and short-term disability insurance, 401k match, free skin center services, scrubs, generous paid time off, 6 paid holidays, health, dental, and vision insurance, HSA account, and periodic bonuses. Flexible schedule and No Major Holidays

Responsibilities:

  • Telephone Triage, problem-solving, work closely with providers on the best solution for patient issues.
  • Administer injections, medications, nebulizers, EKG's, finger stick glucose, INR, A1c, pulmonary function testing etc.
  • Collect samples for lab testing, including throat, wound, and urine cultures.
  • Responding to office emergencies
  • Provide patient and family education on disease states, equipment use, and medication use.

Qualifications:

  • Successful completion of the LPN license program is a must
  • Proven experience in medical office
  • Ability to undertake a variety of diverse care tasks and work in a multidisciplinary team
  • Familiarity with OSHA, HIPAA, and medical terminology
  • Good physical condition and stamina
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Compassionate and able to handle stress
