Evolve Counseling & Wellness LLC. Is a group practice located in Woburn, Ma. Our focus is to help individuals heal, energize, and become aware of their inner strengths. We achieve this by providing a spacious, non -judge mental safe space along with talented Master level clinicians. We provide evidenced based, trauma informed and culturally relevant therapy to our daily expanding population.

 

We are looking to hire Independently Licensed Mental Health Clinicians for our growing agency. Our large offices are beautifully decorated. We are in a large office park, which is centrally located to major highways, great stores, restaurants and banks. We are small enough to provide a family like atmosphere, where you will be appreciated and supported. The clinicians are just as important to us as our clients.

 

Job Description:

 

Job Title: Licensed Outpatient Therapist (LMHC, LICSW,PSYD,PHD)

Full time and part time positions. In office, telehealth or a mix.

The therapist must feel competent as a mental health provider. They must be willing to work as a team. Knowledge of evidence- based practice and ability to complete tasks on time. Clinician must be licensed in Massachusetts.

 

Major Areas of Responsibility:

*Provide high quality, compassionate and ethical outpatient mental health therapy to clients.

*Complete clinical documentation within 48 hours of date of services. (recommended to be

completed daily)

*Actively participate as a positive member of the clinical team/environment.

* Maintain in good standing with all appropriate licensing boards and all insurances.

* Develop and maintain completed and accurate case files, including treatment plans, treatment

notes and any other patient related treatment requirements.

*Complete all recommended and required continuing education requirements.

*Attend staff meetings when requested.
