Job Description:

Are you passionate about helping others and creating order out of chaos? Do you believe in the power of organization to improve lives? If so, we invite you to join our team as a Compassionate Professional Organizer. No previous organizing experience is necessary – we provide comprehensive training to all team members. What we value most is your commitment to our core beliefs of compassion, confidentiality, and non-judgment.

Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with clients to declutter and organize their homes, offices, or other spaces.
  • Listen attentively to clients' needs and concerns, providing empathetic support throughout the organizing process.
  • Develop customized organizational solutions tailored to each client's unique situation and preferences.
  • Maintain confidentiality and respect clients' privacy at all times.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless and positive experience for our clients.
  • Continuously strive to improve your organizing skills and knowledge through training and professional development opportunities.
  • Product shopping and donation drop offs.
