What you will do:

  • Contribute reliability engineering expertise as a key member of new product development teams
  • Collaborate with product development teams to define and implement reliability test plans, including verification and validation test requirements
  • Develop and execute reliability improvement strategies by analyzing warranty claims and call center data from previous product generations to reduce field failures
  • Integrate reliability analysis techniques into product or program design objectives
  • Lead and conduct comprehensive Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and Fault Tree Analysis to identify and mitigate potential risks

What you will need to be successful:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering
  • 5+ years of experience
