Job DescriptionJob Description

Two Hands (twohandshospitality.com / @twohandsrestaurant) is seeking a server assistant to join our team in Williamsburg. This is a part-time position for Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays during the day. Hospitality experience is preferred. Must be available every Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Two Hands Hospitality is a group of community-focused Australian restaurants. Serving breakfast through dinner, we fuel your lifestyle with fresh, delicious food, cocktails, and coffee. We are a fast-growing, innovative hospitality group with three restaurants in NYC, locations in Austin, Nashville, and Denver, and more on the horizon.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Fulfill guests' needs quickly
  • Run food and be knowledgeable about the menu
  • Clear tables between courses
  • Deliver drinks to tables
  • Set tables before, during, and after service
  • Deliver used dishes to dishwashing area
  • Serve water as needed
  • Perform side work duties
  • Stock condiments in service stations
  • Restock all side stations in dining room with proper items
  • Polish silver and glassware
  • Perform all other duties as assigned
  • Pack takeaway orders

WE OFFER:

  • Hourly wage of $10.65 per hour, plus a percentage of tips from the FOH tip pool
  • A 50% employee discount for you and up to four guests on food and drinks when dining outside of work hours
