Job DescriptionJob Description

Required Skills:

  • Experienced and comfortable working 1:1 with K-12 students in numeracy/elementary math through pre-algebra.
  • Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in education or special education, though a master’s degree in one of these fields would be ideal and preferred.
  • Apply a multisensory, diagnostic, prescriptive approach to customized 1:1 instruction.
  • Create focused, data-informed lesson plans specific to each individual student’s needs.
  • Computer literacy/technological savvy to work virtually is essential.

Additional Qualifications:

  • Training in multisensory math is preferred but not required.
  • Proficiency in advanced mathematical subject areas such as algebra and geometry is a plus.
  • Familiarity with interpreting neuropsychological reports and IEPs is a plus.

Location:

  • Although we are currently delivering some services virtually, we are seeking local applicants only as these positions will primarily be in-house at our Needham location.

Perks & Pay:

  • Flexible schedule.
