Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare and present detailed reports on asset recovery progress and outcomes to senior management.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance recovery efficiency and effectiveness.
- Evaluate the risk associated with asset recovery cases and develop strategies to mitigate potential losses.
- Ensure all recovery activities adhere to relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Negotiate payoffs, settlement balances and 3rd party sales as needed.
- Maintain a high level of customer service, addressing client concerns and inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate and manage the recovery of company assets, ensuring timely and efficient retrieval.
- Communicate with clients to negotiate repayment plans and resolve outstanding debts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- 3+ years in asset recovery, collections, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Advanced Excel) and familiarity with asset management software.
- Demonstrated ability to recover high-value assets through effective skip tracing techniques.
- Experience with financial analysis, risk assessment, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
