Position Summary
Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Operations Manager will bring extensive experience in operational management and the ability to solve complex problems related to resources, quality and process. The successful Operations Manager will take ownership of outcomes, possess great interpersonal skills, effectively communicate in all directions, embody a mindset that is analytical, and inquisitive, and be an out-of-the-box thinker who brings order to chaos through deep analysis.
This role is outcome-oriented and requires a broad set of skills and experience, focused on metrics, productivity, quality and delivery of results in a fast-paced environment. The Operations Manager needs to be naturally inquisitive and a data champion by generating reports and metrics to effect change to improve effectiveness and efficiency. A successful candidate will thrive in a rapidly changing environment, drive change through data analysis and reporting, maintain a growth mindset, and embrace constructive feedback.
Key Responsibilities
- Medium to Long-term planning to create initiatives that further the company’s overall goals
- Assessing and analyzing operational metrics and productivity to ensure cases move efficiently through the Case Ready Development process
- Identifying potential problems and points of friction and working to find solutions in order to maximize efficiency and revenue
- Identifying opportunities to expand or shift course in order to take advantage of changes
- Reviewing processes and protocols to identify potential areas for improvement
- Be inquisitive, ask questions and proactively solve problems
- Coordinate and support the implementation of new technologies as needed to support the business
- Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and support process improvement initiatives
- Contribute to the development of business planning, technology planning and process development related to change initiatives
- Analysis of reports/data to identify potential productivity/operational issues

Qualifications
