Sales Lead Setter Position
Job Description
This position consists of lead setting at multiple designated locations such as big box stores (i.e. Costco, Lowes, Ace Hardware Ect.) as well as designated road shows and trade shows.
Contractor will engage with potential customers, sharing the benefits of Generac and Generator SuperCenter with the primary focus of gathering the contacts information to schedule an In Home Consultation with a qualified sales consultant.

Key Functions and Requirements
Main Functions
· Be physically present within Big Box stores and designated lead setting locations
· Engage with and interact with potential customers
· Educate potential customers on the values of Home Standby Generators
· Collect and enter leads contact details to schedule IHC
· $100 bonus to be paid on self-generated leads that convert to a sale following IHC (In Home Consultation)
Essential Requirements
· Strong communication skills
· Outgoing personality
· Punctuality and dependability
· Personal vehicle or ability to get to lead setting locations on time
Aspects of Work Environment
· This role includes 2 weeks of paid training.
· In this role, lead setters will mostly work alone.
· Locations and schedule will be confirmed and agreed upon a week or more in advance with manager.
· This role allows for flexibility. Lead setting times and locations can be structured around lead setters’ availability if availability does not create a conflict with event requirements.
