Elite Suites Salon Studios is Knoxville's premier luxury facility for area beauty professionals. We currently have two locations in Knoxville including West Town Mall and Farragut. Our wide range of service providers includes hair stylists, estheticians, massage therapists, medical injectors, barbers, nail technicians, permanent cosmetics practitioners, lash artists, makeup artists, tattoo artists, and clothing boutique owners.
We have an immediate opening for a full-time salon manager at our West Town Mall location. This role is instrumental in the success of the company as a whole and incorporates a wide range of responsibilities and opportunities for growth. The salon manager would oversee day-to-day operations including opening and closing procedures and ensure that every service provider and client is provided with a clean, professional, and efficient environment to maximize their salon experience.
Duties include greeting and welcoming clients as they arrive, notifying service providers of their arrival, answering phone calls, and assisting walk-in clients. The salon manager also maintains the cleanliness of the common areas and bathrooms and facilitates salon laundry. Another integral part of the salon manager role is overseeing our sunless spray tanning services. Previous experience in sunless spray tanning is strongly encouraged, but not required for the right candidate. Duties would include educating clients on sunless spray tanning, promoting and selling tanning packages, memberships and products, programming the automatic spray tanning booth and conducting personalized airbrush spray tans.
This position is a full-time role offering between 30 and 40 hours per week and would include shifts Tuesday through Saturday. Shifts would vary between opening and closing shifts. Opening shifts begin at 9:00 AM, and closing shifts end at varying times depending on the day but never later than 7:00 PM. Compensation includes a guaranteed base pay of salary or hourly rate with ample additional commission and bonus opportunities. This position is available immediately and interviews will be conducted this week.
