Aegis Worldwide is partnered with a global manufacturer who is seeking a Technical Estimator. This individual will have lots of opportunity for long term growth as the company has seen a 20% growth since COVID and is projected to grow another 20% in the next couple years

Responsibilities

  • Estimating and customer quoting
  • Reading drawings/blueprints from customers
  • Lay out machining process 
  • Purchasing raw materials
  • Negotiations with customers 

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in estimating/quoting experience
  • Experience in a machine shop, aerospace or OEM environment 
  • Knowledge of machining processes 
  • Ability to read blueprint drawings / GD&T symbols
