Job DescriptionJob Description

Talento Search Group has an opening for a Stamping Tool & Die Engineer in the Little Rock, Arkansas area. This is a direct-hire position.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Design, maintain, and improve metal stamping tooles and dies
  • Oversee design and development of tooling and dies
  • Oversee fabrication, testing, and debugging of new tools and dies
  • Maintain documentation of designs, modifications, and maintenance
  • Oversee up to 7 tool & die personnel
  • Develop and implement maintenance processes


Experience Needed:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • At least 8 years of stamping tool and die experience
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD and SolidWorks
  • Experience with machining and tool fabrication
