Express Employment Professionals LAX/ Hawthorne is looking for a detail oriented Accounts Receivable-billing clerk interested to work with a publishing company in El Segundo. Responsibilities will include closely monitoring accounts receivable aging report, process daily billing using complex system and ensuring the accuracy of all invoices.
Pay: $25-$28
Jos Requirements:
- Track overseas shipment containers
- Assure timely and accurate invoicing
- Work with Sales Dept to resolve and prevent errors with sales order entry
- Manage and reconcile customer accounts receivable balances.
- Determine when and how to reach out to customers on past due accounts.
- Maintain professional relationships with retailers and affiliates.
- Analyze and track returns, markdowns, and chargebacks.
- Coordinate resolution of errors.
- Handle and complete special projects as they arise.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of Accounts receivable experience
- Knowledgeable of various types of invoicing: EDI, Scan Based, Returnable, Non-Returnable, Third party, Affiliate billing, and Customs-International.
- Superior spreadsheets skills and a good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of Great Plains Accounting or similar software is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must.
