We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Commercial Property and Casualty Insurance Renewal Manager to join our dedicated team at BME Commercial Insurance. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the seamless renewal process for our commercial insurance clients.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end renewal process for commercial property and casualty insurance policies.
- Collaborate with underwriters, brokers, and clients to gather necessary information for renewal submissions.
- Analyze and evaluate policy renewals, identifying coverage gaps and recommending adjustments as needed.
- Negotiate renewal terms and premiums with insurance carriers to secure the most favorable terms for clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing proactive communication throughout the renewal process.
- Stay informed about market conditions, industry trends, and regulatory changes impacting renewals.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial property and casualty insurance, with a focus on renewals.
- Strong understanding of insurance policies, coverage options, and underwriting processes, including, but not limited to, the coastal property markets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to interact effectively with clients and insurance carriers.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Relevant insurance certifications or licenses (e.g., ACSR, CIC, CPCU) are a plus.
