Job DescriptionJob Description

SnapCare seeks a dedicated and skilled Respiratory Therapist specializing in acute care to join our healthcare team. As a RT you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care and contributing to the overall well-being of our patients in a post-acute care setting

Job Description: 

Performs respiratory therapy procedures and provides invasive and noninvasive therapeutic and diagnostic services to patients.

  • Magnet Hospital
  • Level 1 Trauma
  • Level III NICU
  • Teaching Hospital
  • Patient Types:
    • Respiratory services, including patients on nebs, MDI inhalers, and chest PT – Acute cases: RSV, Entero-Rhino viruses that usually require high flow oxygen and suctioning, Flu, intubated patients in ICU for medical or post-surgical reasons; Chronic cases: Asthma, SMA

Required Certifications:

  • RRT, NRP, BLS, PALS, RRT-NPS (preferred)

Skills required

  • Registered respiratory care practitioner
  • Experience with peds required
  • Invasive and non-invasive ventilation experience, Servo ventilator, inhaled nitric oxide (iNO), airway clearance techniques, aerosol delivery, High flow devices
