Construction Inside Sales: Salary Plus Bonus Incentives
· CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED - MINIMUM 2 YEARS
Review builder portals and/or scheduled for upcoming work to be completed
· Compare purchase orders to requested scheduled work
· Compare the purchase order to take-offs, to ensure accuracy prior to work being scheduled
· Read building plans with and without a digitizer
· Perform field take-offs, physically take measurements of property
· Compare in-house or field take-offs for accuracy to scheduled work
· Communicate w/builders and/or appropriate purchasing departments to get purchase orders and/or take-offs corrected prior to work being scheduled
· Work closely with each department reviewing scheduled work to ensure that take-offs are present for all scheduled
· Effectively communicate with outside sales staff to acquire take-offs for work that is on schedule
Must Haves
· Experience in construction sales 2 + years
· Ability to read building plans
· Ability to perform field take-offs, if necessary 2 + years
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Detail oriented and organized
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
· Bilingual Spanish a plus, but not required.
