We are seeking a Fast Food Restaurant Manager to join our team You will be responsible for providing customers with a memorable dining experience.
This position will be required to learn all areas of the restaurant and go through Dairy Queen management training.
Will be required to work on weekends with days off being during the weekday.
Once full management is completed quarterly bonuses and paid time off will be awarded.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all culinary activities
- Oversee guest services and resolve issues
- Ensure a high quality of ingredients and food preparation
- Train and manage crew personnel
- Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
- Being cognizant of labor goals
- Be responsible for ordering and maintaining COGS
- Keeping cleanliness to the highest standards
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in food service or other related fields
- Strong leadership qualities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and communication skills
