Claim Management: Work through claim errors in our claims management system to ensure clean, timely submissions to insurance carriers.

Claims Preparation: Review and prepare claims for both manual and electronic billing submissions.

Error Resolution: Address insurance rejections by determining appropriate next steps and gathering necessary information to resolve outstanding issues.

Billing Accuracy: Identify and correct billing errors, resubmitting claims as required.

Communication: Confirm receipt of claims with insurance plans and determine subsequent actions.

Timeliness: Ensure claims are processed efficiently to meet reimbursement goals and maintain work queue targets.

Trend Analysis: Identify and communicate any trends or issues to the management team.
