Pride Health is hiring for a Medical Assistant to support our client’s medical facility based in Fresno, CA. This is a 3 month assignment (Possibility of extension or conversion) opportunity and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization

Responsibilities:

  • Rooms patients according to policy and procedures and prepares patients for examination.
  • Records patient care documentation in the medical record accurately and promptly.
  • Organizes exam and treatment rooms, stocks and cleans rooms, and sterilizes instruments.
  • Telephone and in-person screening is limited to the intake and gathering of information without requiring the exercise of judgment based on clinical knowledge.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Completion of a Medical Assistant training program is required.
  • Certified or Registered Medical Assistants with 2 years of experience are required.

Job Title: Medical Assistant
Location: Fresco, CA
Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
Pay Range: $17 to $20/hr

*Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials.
