We are seeking a dedicated and skilled A&P (Airframe and Powerplant) Mechanic to join our team. The A&P Mechanic will be responsible for performing maintenance, repairs, and inspections on various types of aircraft to ensure they meet FAA standards and are safe for operation. This role requires a high level of technical expertise, attention to detail, and commitment to safety.

A&P Mechanic Responsibilities
  • Perform routine and non-routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on aircraft airframes, engines, and systems.
  • Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, using diagnostic equipment and tools to identify and resolve problems.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all maintenance activities, including work performed, parts used, and inspections completed.
  • Complete necessary paperwork and documentation to certify the airworthiness of aircraft.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Conduct thorough inspections of completed work to ensure it meets safety and quality standards.
  • Report any safety hazards or discrepancies to the A&P Supervisor or appropriate personnel.
  • Work closely with other mechanics, technicians, and support staff to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations.
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to stay current with industry advancements and best practices.
A&P Mechanic Position Requirements
  • FAA Airframe and Powerplant license
  • High School diploma, GED or equivalent
  • Ability to work rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays, and days off
