Job DescriptionJob DescriptionPeoplelink Staffing Solutions in partnership with a Middlebury manufacturing facility is seeking motivated candidates to add to their production team. These positions may include production line work on a paint line system, assembly and machine operation.Production Job Summary:
  • 2nd shift – 2:30pm-11pm
  • Pay $18.42/hr
  • Frequent standing, walking, lifting, reaching, pushing, pulling and repetitive motion.
  • Job rotation throughout shift. Must be flexible to working in a variety of roles throughout the day.
Production Job Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast paced production environment
  • Reliable attendance
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work well as part of a team and independently
