Job Description:
Oversee essential banking functions, including daily cash reporting and various payment initiation processes.
Conduct daily and monthly bank reconciliations for multiple accounts, reconcile balance sheet accounts, and prepare and record journal entries.
Analyze and reconcile key balance sheet accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
Allocate monthly company credit card activity to the appropriate GL expense accounts.
Provide vital support to the AP and AR teams, showcasing your versatility.
Assist with month-end and year-end close processes, and support external audits as needed.
Requirements:
Strong technical accounting knowledge.
Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to handle confidential information discreetly and responsibly.
Excellent communication skills, capable of interacting with all organizational levels.
Knowledge and understanding of GAAP and relevant accounting regulations.
Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance.
5+ years of progressive experience in senior accounting roles.
