We are seeking a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (Remote LICSW) and Licensed Cl to join our team You will provide emotional and administrative support to clients in either individual or group settings.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute individual treatment plans
  • Determine appropriate milestones to gauge client progress
  • Communicate client updates to all relevant parties
  • Facilitate referrals to other healthcare professionals and programs
  • Maintain accurate client documentation within online portal.

Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, other Behavioral Science program that qualifies for professional license
  • Previous experience in social work, counseling, or other related fields
  • Compassionate and caring demeanor
  • Ability to build rapport with clients
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability and willingness to work with clients remotely via HIPAA-compliant messaging-based and video-based therapy
  • Engage with and respond to all clients within a timely manner.

 

Requirements:·

  • Current license to practice independently without supervision (LICSW) and with supervision (LCSW) in the state of Massachusetts and Florida
  • Reliable internet connection- Working phone and PC or Laptop
