Licensed Clinical Social Worker for Veterans and Military Families

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our team at Home Base, a program dedicated to healing the invisible wounds of military service. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will provide case management and clinical services to our patients, working primarily in the Intensive Clinical Program (ICP).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct mental health evaluations and provide individual and group evidence-based psychotherapy
  • Complete record reviews and collaborate with external providers to inform admissions decisions
  • Consult with team to facilitate mandated assessments and safety assessments
  • Collaborate with MGH resources, including HAVEN and Child Protection Team
  • Document timely and relevant information in patient electronic medical record and case management database
Requirements:
  • Master's of Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program
  • Current Massachusetts Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
  • Minimum 1-2 years clinical experience
  • Experience with EPIC and knowledge of military culture a plus
