ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:


• Handle all aspects of custom product quoting and order placement.

• Coordinate the placement of vendor purchase orders and manage follow-up processes.

• Execute customer service and provide support for sales activities.

• Take charge of logistics for customer orders.

• Approve vendor invoicing promptly.

• Strong sales support background and customer-focused approach.

• Collaborate with other departments or team members to create a seamless and positive customer experience.

• Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the furniture products offered by the company.


REQUIREMENTS, REASONING ABILITIES AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS:


• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related programs.

• Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and interact with various vendors.

• Commitment to quality and attention to detail.

• Job requires the use of a computer, phone, calculator, and other technological equipment.

• Ability to sit throughout the shift.


EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE:

• 2-3 years’ experience in furniture sales or a related environment.

• Demonstrated expertise in furniture products, materials, and styles.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Strong sales support background and customer-focused approach.

• Knowledge of design principles.

• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
