Job Description

  • Must know how to manage projects
  • Manage painting crew
  • Correspond effectively with clients to understand exact specifications and demands
  • strong attention to detail is required
  • Provide accurate estimations reflective of job completion timeframes
  • Update clients on the progress of work throughout the engagement
  • Adhere to safety guidelines and procedures at all times
  • Familiarize him/herself with storage and disposal laws, regulations, codes, etc.
  • Preparing the surrounding area, including covering fixtures and furniture to prevent messes
  • Preparing painting surfaces, including removing old paint, filling holes and cracks and washing walls
  • Cleaning up painting tools and supplies, replacing fixtures and rearranging furniture after completing the project
  • Collaborating with painters on other larger jobs
  • Working with other construction professionals such as, carpenters, electricians and plumbers when necessary
  • Helping loading/unloading company vehicles
  • Work as part of the team
  • Help rolling in and cutting walls
  • Keep worksite neat and orderly
  • Puts remaining paint and supplies in proper location.
  • May assist with special maintenance projects as needed.
  • Maintain a professional impression always

REQUIREMENTS

  • 2-3 Year experience managing projects
  • Must know how to properly use an airless sprayer
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
  • MUST HAVE a valid driver's license and transportation to get to and from job sites (Beaumont, Banning, Calimesa, Cherry Valley, Yucaipa and Redlands)
  • Working cell phone
  • Able to climb ladders not afraid of heights
  • Must provide own basic tools (Screwdriver, caulk gun, paint brushes, masking machine, 5 in 1 painters tool)
  • Keen eye for aesthetic and visual precision
  • High attention to detail
  • Meticulous and diligent
  • Steady hand to ensure precision
  • Able to stand for long periods of time
  • Flexible to travel to job sites
