Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking a motivated and professional Bilingual Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our Anaheim office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Interaction: Serve as the first point of contact for clients, law enforcement agencies, county employees, deputized staff, and other professional entities.
  • Phone Management: Answer incoming calls with a courteous and professional demeanor, assist with general inquiries, and direct calls to the appropriate office or individual.
  • Visitor Management: Maintain an accurate visitor’s log for walk-in clients, and ensure the sign-in/out board is updated.
  • Scheduling: Oversee the Officer of the Day (OD) monthly schedule and ensure it is current.
  • Confidentiality: Uphold the highest standards of client confidentiality and adhere to the officers’ instructions for handling their clients.
  • Paperwork Management: Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Phone List Maintenance: Keep an updated phone list to ensure calls are routed correctly.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned to support office operations.

  • Proficiency in phone systems and general office equipment.
