Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Supporting QA/QC team to perform administrative-related tasks.
  • Translating documents and communicating in Mandarin and English with stakeholders
  • Witness and perform onsite inspections
  • Initiate, maintain, and distribute QA/QC documentation and records
  • Perform receiving inspection and notification
  • Supervise the control of measuring and testing equipment
  • Identifies and facilitates correction of non-conformances
  • Facilitates internal quality audits
  • Maintains QA/QC Logs and continuity reporting

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bilingual: Mandarin and English
  • Associate degree required.
  • At least 3 years working experience of administrative or secretary.
  • Outstanding communication, interpersonal abilities, and excellent written/verbal skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work in a construction environment

Preferred Qualifications:

  • QA/QC experience
  • Cleanroom experience preferred.
  • Semiconductor facility construction experience preferred.

  • Interpersonal Skills.
